Returns and Exchange Policy


  • Shipping and Delivery

After placing the order on the store it usually takes 10-12 business days for us to dispatch the order. Once the order is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified via mail along with the tracking details.

 

  • Replacements 

Replacements are accepted only if there are any manufacturing defects, damage or if we have shipped a wrong product to you. In such a case, please attach an image of the product with the defect visible in the contact us form and our Helpdesk team will revert to you with a solution during regular business hours (10 am to 6pm)

Please note : The issue has to be highlighted within 10 days after the delivery of the order.

  • Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. This policy ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality and care in fulfilling every order.
